Energy
I pulled a soul coaching card while I was still in bed this morning. I like them as they give me an affirmation for the day. My card today was called 'energy'. Advice was to replace my negative slothlike qualities with positive energy.
I find different things energise me, unusual things. Energy comes from the sun. Energy comes from the light. To be inspiried and energised I must feel the light, the outside and the internal warmth.
I have felt this light lately. Something is bubbling inside me. I am channeling this energy into my garden at the moment, planting, feeding, shaping and nurturing. It will go back into work when I return next week, but something more is out there waiting for me to hitch my wagon to.
Affirmation for the day - Healing energy and immense vitality flow through me easily and effortlessly.
My intention today is not to complain, explain or drain. Instead, focus on the light and watch the leaves dance on the trees.
