Last night, I was a little overwrought with all the excitement that is my life at the moment. I was suddenly overwhelmed with what I was trying to do and was filled with my usual last minute insecurity. I tried to distract my monkey chatter with reading a magazine. As I turned the page, I asked the universe for a sign that I was doing the right thing with my book and website.
And there is was, a little owl at the botom of the page. The owls always lead me somewhere, so I took this as a good omen. I studied the page further an there it was! An image by the amazing Greedy Hens. It is now on a teatowel. (See above.)
The Greedy Hens are the ladies who did all the amazing artwork for the site and the book. It is is what makes this book extra special, combined with lovely Amy's thoughtful and clever design.
I was thrilled and relieved. The sign came quickly.
The owl lead me there as usual.
I trust the signs.
