Hush your mouth

I am aware that change is all around us at the moment. Change can be scary and destabilising or it can be the fresh air we needed to once again breathe easy. I am loathe to offer any sort of change advice really though, as I struggle with change. Maybe it's my Taurus Sun, but I like to know the path ahead.

November is frantic for me, with commitments and pressure from every angle. I woke with stress and anxiety sitting on me, which cleared while taking my crazy puppy for a run. I had this aha! moment where I decided to just do what I know I am supposed to do. Basically the theme of November is, "Shut up and get on with it!"
It is a good feeling. I don't know what is coming next but I do know that I have to do my best with what I am doing right now. Stay in the moment and hush my mouth.
