The Age of Amity

Some days are perfect. Really perfect. It has been such a long time stuck in The Age of Fret, I had almost forgotton what the hell I was doing here on this mortal coil.

This week, I was asked 'How are you?' a few times. I am not sure people really care for the answer but I was intrigued to find that the answer was entirely positive by my fine self. WTF? Did I come through it ok? Is it over? Who knows, but this anxiety respite is welcome and much required.

This day so far, has been spent doing some of my favorite things, small incidental things that require me to give a shit about myself and my surroundings. It is easy to stop the self care when things are going to hell in a handbasket of your choice.

Self care is not just spa life. The power of ordering your private papers or shifting things in your study to create chi flow charges you to try larger tasks. For me it has been allowing myself to dream and not just survive, something I spent most of the last year doing, shelving the dreams as too fanciful and dangerous.

I move easily from one task to another. Leaving some half done, there are no deadlines in my day today. I infuse myself back into my own life again. I am an amusing and rich bodied drop, intense yet approachable. An impression of sweetness yet the hint of slight tobacco notes that volley into a hint of jasmine with a blend of vanilla, turkish delight and rose petals. A great start, a nice plump middle and a gentle end.

xoxo

ROFL!!! You rock lol... that'sso funny =) Am I okay? Yep I'm okay =D Good stuff. Ah, worry. It so plagues us and so inspires us to strive for more or repair and heal.
I feel so optimistic about this year over last, truly. Nothing is too fanciful or dangerous; we design our Lives by asking and allowing what we wish to have in it. Everything is possible. Perhaps while mercury is in retro we can review our thoughts and plans and previous year eh? Enjoy your restful times.
