Wu Way do you go?

The idea of Wu Way comes from Lao Tse's work - the Tao Te Ching. This morning I received an email in my in box about the idea of effortless action. Interesting timing as I spent my weekend, a slave to my list of things to do. The Wu Way is all about 'action without action'. Not forcing things to happen the way you want them to go. Trusting that you getting what you need and making the best when you don't. Last week, we won a little, lost a little. I trust that things happen for the right reasons.

Often, though, it is after the winds of change have blown through. The old hindsight goggles weaving their magic again. Being Wu is about going with the way of the water, not the way of the wind. It is about intention and getting to the Source. It doesn't matter what rocks are in its way or how narrow the estuary, it still flows and finds it way. It has a purpose and trust it can get there. It goes with the natural rhythm and flow.' Creative queitude', is what I have heard it described as.

I wonder if my avid list making allowed me to get things human tasks out of the way to allow my deeper mind to be freed up. I cannot say that I have had any great insights though from the depths of my subconscious. Getting things out of the way though, is lovely. The little annoyances that cloud my head. I am making room deeper truthful understandings to emerge and wise knowledge and syncronicity to pop up. There was nothing on my list but action points, all leading me to unclutter my life and make room for calm.

In the Tao Te Ching there can be no good without hard times, or even bad times. It makes you appreciate your life and when things are good. The Good is the Source, the enlightenment. It is what we strive for and seek out. This is the intention in our life. Find your flow and let what will be will be.
