You spin me right round baby
This morning started out with a whinging Pisces Son, a hole in my loved top and a fight with a grumpy government official on the phone. Will I let this colour my day? No way Jose. I am trying to separate happiness from circumstance.
It is possible to be happy when things are going to the shit. It is also possible to be the saddest person in the world when things seem to be going great.
Too often we let the daily machinations colour our day. What if we truly remain indifferent from the goings on, good and bad and instead watched it go by? When you pull the wheel of fortune card in a tarot spread, it is advised to stick to the centre of the wheel.
The Greek myths spoke of the three women kown as the Fates. The fates spun the wheel of destiny at your birth and thus the wheel of fortune was born. The key is to stand in the middle and look at what is going on from there. Stay centred the hippies tell us. Now you know what that means.
In the eye of the storm it is quiet, peaceful. The wind blows on the outside. Stay connected and stay centred. The rest is all just noise.
P. S If the energy is heavy for you today then remember, we have Comet Lulin coming our way, conjuncting Saturn. This comet is all about change. Its green colour gives me hope for the world. Green Tara comes our way perhaps? The regreening of the planet? The conjunction of Saturn suggests responsibility and restructions. The dawning of a new age.
Use this dark moon phase to work out what you have learned over the past 6 months, what you will do differently and how you will contribute to the planet and its people.

Yes I agree. Too often so much goes on around us and then we start to take responsibility for it. This just depletes our energy and takes us away from our own purpose and potential. Thank you for this site. I just discovered it today after reading my Honestly Women email. Have a wonderfully centered day full of energy and joy.
