Chi drought

Friday was spent with Blesseds' Chinese doctor, who needled me, cupped me, and massaged me. Diagnosis - No more Chi within me. Chi is life force, The energy that flows within and around us. It is air, breath. It brings together the mind, body and the spirit. When Chi is balanced then you are well. When is is blocked or in my case, MIA then you are without up the creek with out a paddle. It is easy to lose your Chi when you have been through crazy times. My Chi has been leaking for a good long while. Extraordinary times requires enormous energy and coming thorough it has been arduous in everyway. So I have to force myself to turn off. To relax and to take care of myself. To be ready and able.

Here are a few ways to improve your chi-

    * Drink good water
    * Take vitamins for areas you may be deficient in
    * Consider Reiki
    * Listen to uplifting music
    * Go to bed at the same time each night
    * A clean environment
    * Acupuncture
    * Take a few things off your schedule
    * Eat well, no crappy foods
    * Don't block the chi with negative thoughts or conversations
    * Be kind to yourself
    * Take a relaxing walk
    * Spend time with someone who make you feel good

The one thing I understand now, is that you cannot object to the experiences that happen to you. It is in the objection that you stop the chi. You se your all your energy objection. When you accept then the flow continues. When you accept what is happening then you are in harmony. How much can you change? For those of us in businesses that are affected by the global financial crisis, how can we really change? All we can do is try to prepare ourselves for the future. Don’t waste energy on trying to change the world around you. Change yourself first. Be kind to yourself my friends. You are all you have got.
