Pick yourself up, dust yourself off...

A hell of a week and I am happy its Friday. Intense last two days. A dark moon phase and yesterday (26th March) is Nyepi, the traditional day of silence in Bali. Although traditionally a Hindu holiday, it is observed by both Hindus and non Hindus. It is a day of self reflection. A day to focus on the good and not the evil. The three white seeds and not the three black seeds, as the Buddhists say.

In astrological news, Pluto is finally stationary retrograde today. This magnificent planet has been moving since September 2008. Pluto is large, dark and scary but within its shadows lie treasures – material, emotional, psychological.  This morning an economist on Australian TV, called the bottom of the recession today. Will it rise from here? I hope so. I am optimistic. It seems to make sense with the parallels of astrology.

Stop today on this New Moon and look at your life, since last September. What have you found in the shadows since last September? Any little seeds sprouting? Any wonderful glimmers for you to focus on? What are your three white seeds from Pluto's transit?

For society I think the three white seeds are -

• Finding our values again in the midst of a global economic crisis
• People demanding people act appropriately and share, not covet and harbor abundance
• Compassion in extraordinary times, which reminds people what matters

There is a lovely opportunity to be like a phoenix today. Rise from the darkness and shed your old skin. Clean your house or workspace this weekend. Clean your desk before you leave work today. Energise your space and let the new in.

Finally try a little abundance ritual today that was sent to me.

1) Within 24 hours after a New Moon,  take a check from your cheque book.
Where it says "Pay to," write your name.

2.) In the little box on the same line where you would fill in a dollar
amount write "Paid in full."

3.) On the line underneath your name, where you would write out a dollar
amount, write "Paid in full."

4.) Sign the check: "The Law of Abundance"

Do not put a date on the cheque. Do not write a specific dollar amount in the
check. Put it in a safe place and forget about it. The Universe will take it
from there.

Love it! Cheque has been signed and delivered... over to you abundant universe. My job? Plant the white seeds and watch them grow! Thanks for the inspiration
