WTF?
I have finished the year with my computer, not even one year old, dying in the arse. It literally flashed a giant question mark on the screen and then popped it clogs. That question mark has flashed before my eyes many a time also but not actually on the screen. Why? Its seemed to ask before it died.
Had I backed up?
No, of course not.
I have lost the work, the music, the photos and the ideas of the last 12 months. None of the data can be saved. All at the end of the financial year.
The timing is not lost on me. The perfectness of this situation allowed me to process much quicker than I thought possible and move on.
I now have nothing to remind me of the toughest financial year I have ever experienced. I have fought and struggled and pushed my way through the tar to get to this moment, my trusty Apple Mac - Juno, as I named her by my side. Now she has done her work.
I am spending my last day in this financial year working on the accounts computer. Makes sense again.
What shall I call my new omputer. I like Goddess names, Juno was my trusty companion. Here is a link to some names that are interesting.
I am feeling Minerva. She always had an owl as her trusted companion and was the Goddess of the arts, wisdom and protector of commerce and industry.

Ohhh what a melt down. Sounds like time for a clean slate. We have started the NFY by clearing all our debts and it feels amazing. We may not own a house but we are very happy with our family in our rented 1950's Nana house, with space, light and no mortgage. Everyone should try this.
I bet you can guess my vote on the name - Minerva is queen!

Wow, that's phenomenal! What a crazy occurrence! Sometimes it's a relief to lose things, forces us into the present moment. Happy New Financial Year!! May the last one not even make it into your hard drive archives!
