Procrastinating

Sitting at my desk with Oscar Peterson playing, wondering what other sites I can look at and waste some more time on. I seem to have wasted alot of time lately. That's all I have had on my hands is time, and I have poured it down the drain. Ah well, I think, plenty more time left in the sea.

Today I googled spoilers for upcoming horror films. I will never watch horror films but I like the twists. So far Orphan has the best twist. Made me laugh out loud. I wonder if the writers came up with that one when they were drunk or stoned. Either way its a cracker, as the saying goes.

A friend of mine, who wrote a PHD, said procrastination is powerful as it gets you into your spot, it helps you to be present. There is always some task calling you, begging for you valuable time and attention. It will still be there after you have done googling film spoilers of ex-boyfriends, go with it.

I will wait and little longer and see what comes.

Guess what today is? Deadline day.
Guess what I was thinking of doing? Calling you for a walk or a coffee?
Guess what I did instead? I said "No woman, get down to work". Then I looked at your blog.
Guess what the topic was?
Procrastination.
I must be VERY present now.
