Fridays Mystery School
We are all familiar with the Chakras of the body. If not then go here to refresh.
There is a theory that there are 7 chakras of the world also. Think about the idea of their being 7 wonders of the world. 7 chakras. 7 days of the week. 7 planets. 7 is considered by many tradtions to be the seal of God or Spirit.
The major chakras are placed in the following order:
1 - Base Chakra - Mount Shasta, California. A Sacred Place of American Indians
2- Naval Chakra - Lake Titicaca, bordereing Peru and Bolivia. In Inca mythology, Manco Capac and Mama 0cllo, children of the Sun, emerged from the depths of Lake Titicaca to found their empire.
3- Solar Plexus Chakra - Uluru-Kata Tjuta, Australia. The Aborigines believe that there it is hollow below ground, and that there is an energy source that they call 'Tjukurpa' the dream time.
4 - Heart Chakra - Glastonbury, England. Glastonbury is notable for myths and legends concerning Joseph of Arimathea, the Holy Grail and King Arthur.
5 - Throat Chakra- Great Pyramid, Egypt. The shape of Egyptian pyramids is thought to represent the primordial mound from which the Egyptians believed the earth was created.
6- Third Eye Chakra - Mount Kuh-e-Malek Siah, Persia. Home of the ancient Balachis people.
7- Crown Chakra - Mount Kailash, Tibet. A place of spirituality for both Buddhists and Hindus.

Before you pooh pooh it, consider this. In 1973, three Russians--historians Nikolai Goncharov, construction engineer Vyacheslav Morozov. and electronics specialist Valery Makarov--announced in the science journal for the Soviet Academy of Science, Chemistry and Life, their discovery of a geometric grid pattern which appears to interlink a wide number of natural phenomena into a single planetary system.
Science meets spirituality. Perhaps our forefathers knew more than we realised. The idea is to try and meditate at each of the chakra spots and listen to what you need to know.
