Feel the joy
Consider this. You are not your job. I like this quote from Eckhart Tolle. "The most common ego identifications have to do with possessions, the work you do, social status and recognition, knowledge and education, physical appearance, special abilities, relationships, person and family history, belief systems, and often also political, nationalistic, racial, religious, and other collective identifications. None of these is you."
You are, however, your purpose. Your purpose may involve your daily work. It may be something you do out of work or it may wait to come to you later in life. Whatever it is and whenever it comes it demands you honour it, obey it and follow through.
