New Moon Joy
A New Moon in Taurus. Sun and Moon in Taurus.
Whether you are an astro dork or not, it is always nice to have a direction in life and New Moons and Full Moons give us that. Where the Moon falls in your chart is also telling. I was scanning the charts of my loved ones this morning. Fascinating as to know what is going on in their lives and where the New Moon lies.
Taurus energy is about security. As a flag waving Taurus, I understand this. I loves me some security. Food in the fridge, money in bank, an empty washing basket, a weeded garden. Small things thrill my inner Bull.
My Mothers Day, was spent as I wished. In the garden, with my family alongside doing the chores. The changelings complained but ended up enjoying themselves. (Or so they said.)
Poppies and delphiniums in the ground, love in the mist planted, beds cleaned of weeds, anenomes divided, pond cleaned, catmint chopped back. I couldn't have thought of a nicer way to spend a few hours with my little crew by my side and Gandalf on cleanup duty.
How times have changed. As a child, I once told my mother I wanted a concrete garden. Now I ring her for advice on my blackspotted roses (it's the humidity according to her).
So here's the trick to this New Moon as it is one of the two moons throughout this year that deals with money or abundance. Make hay while the moon shines my friends.
Write down Twelve Aspirations you want to manifest for your life. Remember that you can only manifest one at a time, so if you can create an order that would make it a little easier on the universe. As you manifest one then cross it off and replace with another. If you wish, you can carve your name into a white candle, dress with Frankincense oil also. The New Moon loves a little bit of witchy poo energy.
It has been a while since I wrote a list such as this. It is easy to fall out of line as o what you want from your own life or experience. I am off to write it now.
