This is the ‘projection’ stage. Consider what you want as the New Moon comes in. In Wicca, the New Moon symbolises the Maiden. She is innocent and hopeful and untouched. A New Moon is the time to make plans or have a New-Moon planning session. It is the start of the Moon cycle, and anything that begins in this phase will flourish.
