Information I collect
When you contact me, book a session, or submit an intake form, I may collect:

  • Your name and email address

  • Information you share through contact or intake forms

  • Payment details processed securely through Stripe

I do not store your payment information. All transactions are handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security standards.

How I use your information
Your information is used solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiries

  • Process bookings and payments

  • Deliver the service you have engaged

I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.

Confidentiality
All sessions and the information shared within them are treated as strictly confidential. While Spiritual Business is not legally bound by the same confidentiality frameworks as licensed clinical practitioners, I hold this standard with full personal and professional integrity. What you share in session stays in session.

Recordings
Some sessions may include a video, audio or written transmission. They are not stored by Spiritual Business or myself. They are deleted from the cloud server after 7 days. No recording of any kind will be shared without your prior knowledge and consent.

Email communication
If you provide your email address, I may use it to correspond with you regarding your booking or enquiry. I will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Data retention
I retain your information only for as long as necessary to deliver services and meet basic administrative needs. You may request that your information be deleted at any time by contacting me directly.

Your rights
