Come in early

Come in early to work one morning before anyone else has arrived and do a meditation and cleansing of the space. Use a smudge stick if you can. If this is not possible then burn a white candle and spray a cleansing oil into the space. A mix of peppermint, lavender and ylang ylang is great. A quick tidy up of the space also add a positive energy.
