Set some personal limits
Try not to be so available all the time. Learn to say 'no' sometimes. Practise in the mirror. Do not explain, just say 'no'. Set some limits to what you can achieve in a week without stressing or hurting yourself. This may mean not being able to do everything that people ask of you but when you do commit to something it will becasue you wnat to be there and will contribute at a much higher level.
