Desk Yoga

We often get caught at our desks or counters for long stretches at a time. Make sure you know a few simple yoga stretches to keep you limber and moving throughout the day. Set times during the day to check in with these poses and treat you body with love and respect. It is best tat you speak to a qualified yoga practioner and explain where you work to get them to recommend poses specific for you and your body.
