Be accountable
Spend the day pretending you have a film crew following you with a live feed to TV. Witness how you act, treat people, request things from your team. It is an interesting exercise to see how many times you catch yourself doing things that you may be concerned about later if the scenes were played back to you.
Be present and be accountable throughout your day today.
